Howdy all, I'm Indy. I'm a hobbyist artist with a huge passion for storytelling and characters. I used to make tons of new characters, but now I'd say I've leveled off largely in character creation and and am mostly fleshing out the ones I have 
A majority of the characters that I draw are from roleplays -- they've taught me to have a lot more confidence in my art, characters, and stories, while also giving me a lower pressure environment to experiment. I make lots of mistakes, everyone has, but I get better everyday ! I dream of writing a book as well as a webcomic... possibly a few at that. The book is in the works, the webcomic is mostly on hiatus (though I occasionally post a few characters from it).
I'd really love some mutual followers so give me a shout. I'm happy to cheer you on, and I hope you'll do likewise for me <3

This is one of my earlier pieces that I did gosh, 6 years ago I think... but there's a reason its still my icon today. this was at the very beginning of my watercolor journey and I was just makin decisions on the fly and what felt right (90% of how I do art today haha). There's mistakes and things I could do better today, but I still absolutely adore the bright, vivid colors and the feeling of the piece. It was such a pleasure to make... I hope I can do it again someday :)

General Impressions of My Art?

Hi dA, We don't talk much and I admit I can be a little bit shy when it comes to communication.
I was reviewing some of my older art today with a fresh lens I didn't have when I made it and realized I like what I draw -- although maybe not for the reasons I thought I did when I drew it. My only complaint is that I don't submit more, and that largely has to do with a perfectionist nature that never lets me publicly submit anything I don't consider "polished" enough.
If I still have any followers that check in on what I do every now and again, I want to hear general impressions about my art. Anything is fair, though I simply ask that you be

Reorganized my Gallery

If any of you noticed -- (and here I go assuming there is a 'you' XD)-- I've done some massive reorganization of my gallery.
I've put stuff into storage that I felt wasn't very representative of me or didn't have enough effort put into it. I've come to the conclusion a good artist should know how to present themselves, and while I may really like that weird OC scribble from two years ago, it is doubtful others would share my perception x)
THAT SAID, I left a lot of old art up. I'm not one of those people that try to bury away all of the gross disgusting art that I made in my ill-begotten youth. I would think people would expect me to hav
